Instify Hub provides digital content creators, freelancers, social media managers, marketing agencies, and brand operators with generative artificial intelligence production utilities specifically designed for short-form social media ecosystems.

To access or utilize Instify Hub, you must satisfy the following minimum standards:

• Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in specific European jurisdictions) to access our creative tools. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have received parental or legal guardian consent to access our website.
• No Passwords or Account Linking: Instify Hub operates without requiring user registration or social media account linking. We will never request your Instagram password, Meta OAuth credentials, or private access tokens. You are strictly advised never to enter private passwords into any text field on our website.
• Authority: If you are using our platform on behalf of a corporation, LLC, agency, or third-party client, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We believe creators should hold complete autonomy over their work:

You agree to utilize Instify Hub exclusively for lawful, ethical, and creative social media storytelling. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our tools or server endpoints to generate, transmit, or assist in:

• Hate Speech & Harassment: Any output intended to harass, threaten, defame, demean, or incite violence against individuals or protected groups.
• Fraudulent Schemes & Deceptive Copy: Phishing scripts, deceptive crypto scams, counterfeit trade promotions, or fraudulent investment advice.
• Spam & Automated Scraping: Deploying headless browsers, scraper bots, or automated crawlers to bombard our generation endpoints without prior written authorization.
• Malicious Code: Attempting to inject cross-site scripting (XSS), SQL injection payloads, or harmful scripts into our textarea parameters.
• Violations of Platform Rules: Creating engagement-bait copy designed intentionally to deceive platform moderation systems or violate Instagram’s Community Guidelines.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate IP rate-limiting, permanent automated firewall blocks, and potential legal action where statutory laws are breached.

The names “Instagram”, “Reels”, “IGTV”, and “Meta”, along with associated brand marks, logos, emblems, and registered icons, are the intellectual property of Meta Platforms, Inc. Any references made on this platform to these terms are purely for descriptive, contextual, and nominative fair-use purposes to denote compatibility with the intended operating environment.

Instify Hub leverages server-side generative artificial intelligence infrastructure (including Google Gemini API enterprise endpoints) to process user prompts and synthesize creative drafts.

• Probabilistic Output Variance: Large language models generate phrasing based on probabilistic patterns. Outputs may occasionally contain factual errors, outdated historical dates, dialect misinterpretations, or unintended phrasing.
• Creator Review Obligation: You maintain the sole and final responsibility to proofread, fact-check, vet, and modify all generated copy, hooks, and scripts before publishing them to public social media accounts or delivering them to paying agency clients.
• No Metric Warranties: Instify Hub does not promise, represent, or guarantee that using our copy will result in viral views, specific follower increases, higher engagement rates, verified badges, or financial revenue. Algorithmic distribution depends on viewer behavior, audio selection, and platform dynamics beyond our control.

While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, we do not warrant that our tools will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or without transient latency.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial law principles. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to pursue informal, good-faith negotiation through our administrative desk before seeking formal arbitration or legal remedy.

We reserve the right to review, update, and modify these Terms periodically to reflect new features, algorithm adjustments, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when updates take effect. Continued use of our tools after changes are published constitutes your formal agreement to the updated Terms.
