Information We Collect and Process
We operate on a principle of strict data minimization. We do not require account registration or credit card details to use our core tools. We collect and process information solely in the following categories:
- User-Provided Creative Inputs: Any topic keywords, rough bullet points, video transcripts, brand names, or audience descriptions you voluntarily paste or type into our tool parameter boxes.
- Direct Communication Data: If you reach out to our creator support desk via our contact form or directly at contact@instifyhub.online, we receive your name, email address, inquiry subject, and message contents.
- Device & Technical Telemetry: Anonymized server logs, including browser type, operating system version, referring URL, timestamp of requests, and anonymized Internet Protocol (IP) addresses collected solely for security, abuse monitoring, and transient rate limiting.
AI Processing Architecture & Server-Side Security
Instify Hub leverages secure server-side API processing (including models such as Google Gemini via enterprise REST endpoints) to analyze your creative prompts and generate hooks, scripts, and captions.
• Ephemeral In-Memory Execution: When you hit "Generate", your prompt is transmitted over 256-bit SSL encrypted connections directly to our backend. The text is evaluated in volatile memory and returned to your browser.
• Zero Permanent Prompt Storage: We do not store, archive, index, or maintain a persistent database of your proprietary video concepts or client copy. Once your generation session concludes, the prompt data is cleared from memory.
• No Training on Proprietary Creator Concepts: Our enterprise API configurations are set such that your inputs and outputs are not utilized to train public foundation models.
How We Use Your Information & Legal Bases (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and international privacy laws, we process data based on the following lawful grounds:
Data Retention & Transient IP Rate Limiting
To ensure reliable server availability for all creators, we employ an automated transient rate limiter (e.g., maximum 15–20 generation requests per 5-minute window per IP address).
This transient rate limiter stores an encrypted hash of your IP address in temporary server cache memory for no longer than 300 seconds (5 minutes), after which it is automatically purged. Support inquiry emails are retained for up to 90 days to provide contextual customer support before being deleted.
Commercial Client Rights, Copyright & Output Ownership
A frequent question from agency owners and freelance video editors is whether Instify Hub holds any claim over outputs generated on our platform.
You retain all rights, ownership, and commercial licenses to every hook, script, caption, hashtag set, and bio created using Instify Hub. You may publish deliverables on client accounts, charge for agency deliverables, or monetize videos with zero royalty obligations, licensing fees, or attribution requirements owed to Instify Hub.
Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA / CPRA & Global Standards)
Regardless of your country of residence, Instify Hub respects your statutory rights regarding personal data:
- Right to Know / Access: You may request disclosure of any personal data we hold associated with your email address.
- Right to Erasure (Deletion): You may request complete deletion of your support email tickets or correspondence.

Instify Hub is intended for creators who meet the minimum age requirements to operate an Instagram account (generally 13 years of age, or 16 in certain European jurisdictions).
